Winning Silver in the Service category in Best of Las Vegas is a moment of real pride for all of us at The Geary Company. Awards are nice, but what this one truly represents is something deeper: decades of trust from our clients, belief in our people, and a continued commitment to doing the work the right way. Being recognized by the community we’ve served for more than 50 years is especially meaningful. It tells us we’re still delivering on the values my stepfather, Dick Geary, built this company on from day one.
This recognition belongs to our entire team, past and present, who show up every day with creativity, accountability and heart. It also belongs to our clients, partners, and the Las Vegas community that has supported us through every chapter of our story. We’re grateful, we’re proud and we’re more motivated than ever to keep pushing forward, evolving with the industry and helping the brands we work with grow and win.
Recently, at our company Christmas party, one of our vendors asked what kind of gathering we were having. When we told him it was a company party, he looked surprised and said, “I thought it was a family reunion! Everyone seems so close.” That comment meant a lot to us, because it perfectly captures the culture we’ve built here at The Geary Company. We are a family, and this award belongs to every member of it.
The article in the Las Vegas Review Journal interviewed both myself and John Dalrymple. We emphasized that The Geary Company’s success comes from staying ahead of a constantly evolving industry while remaining grounded in the values the company was built on. We talked about the importance of accountability in today’s digital landscape, understanding how and where people consume content and pairing that knowledge with messaging that is compelling, relevant and memorable.
We also highlighted our incredible team, who bring creativity, dedication, and heart to everything they do. Over the years, we have built more than just a workplace, we have built a family. The relationships we have with our staff and the collaborative, supportive environment we foster are what truly make The Geary Company special.
Above all, we shared how our deep ties to the Las Vegas community continue to guide how we work, grow and serve the brands that trust us. Being part of the Las Vegas community is a privilege, and giving back to the city and the people who have supported us for more than 50 years is a responsibility we take to heart.
